Help!!!!!!!!

I cant login to my laptop. I have Windows XP. whenever i cklick on any of the profiles it starts to log in, but then just logs off autimatically. Ive tried restarting. Ive tried running in safe mode, none of this works. I'm going to die unless someone can help me.

Well, coming from a tech support background... this is the first time I ever heard of the problem. I put it to a friend who is still in the trade, and she thinks the profile may be corrupted... but neither of us really have an idea

If you don't have another profile, the installation CD may be the only way to go. If install the system again, it will create a new profile, but everything associated with your old profile (my documents, desktop, etc.) should be left intact and you can browse to them.

Yep it worked, but no my documents, or anything. and all my games are gone. and i dont have some of my cd keys. if there is no way to get a cd key i will do evil things to you :devil2: and i will do this :suicide:

Have a look in

C:\Documents and Settings

You should find your old username(s) ... inside there you will find the old desktop, etc..

nope no luck i'm afraid that I still have to do evil things to you if icant find some way to install withiouit cd key or recover mine or something and ill heve to do this :suicide: giving you a very guilty consios

Uh, well... I dare say someone will help get you the CD keys if you ask

Dunno why it erased the old profiles. It shouldn't have, unless there's an option during setup that I don't remember.
