Hermitage cannot get theme bonus

I decided to try out the new cultural victory and I encountered a bug where no matter what I put into the hermitage, I cannot get a theming bonus from it. I know it's a bug because I would try combinations of art in Uffizi and get a bonus then move all of them to Hermitage and get no bonus for it.

Hermitage has three Art slots. +3 for having all three slots be Great Works of Art from different eras and civilizations.
Uffizi has three Art slots. +3 for having all three be Great Works of Art from the same era and civilization.

Theming bonuses googled, not sure if correct, but most likely yes. In any way, mouse-over the +0 next to a building and read carefully what it says is needed to get an theming bonus. It's different for most of the buildings/wonders.

Theming in the Uffizi works fine in my first game as Venice - I have three Venetian Renaissance art works giving me a +6 bonus (theming bonus tooltip says "Museum of Renaissance Venetian Art" )

(However, I have an unrelated issue with Great Works of Art & Music being randomly re-attributed - see this bug report thread if you're interested.)

Did you check that the types (art v artifacts) were consistent? I had a similar problem until I realised I was inadvertently mixing artifacts in with art work.

I agree. Though Art/Artifacts go into the same slot, theming bonus for hermitage is ONLY for art pieces and not artifacts. The HELP is absolutely useless in this regard.
