I was thinking today about Baldur's Gate II and how the characters in your group would talk to each other and I was thinking how that could enhance the immersion in HoTK. Wouldn't it be interesting if the heroes start bantering to another hero that is under the same liege, and that quest events can spring up from it.
I think it would bring a new perspective to especially the lesser known heroes. It would be interesting the things Zhang Ren would say to his liege or some fictional "what if" conversations between heroes who originally hate each other.
