Hey all I need some help

Alright, I hope this isn't to much to ask, but I need someone to do a couple of voices for me(or find appropriate files) which I have looked for.

I need:

"Viva la Revolution!" (When you do a revolution for Civics)

"Milord, it appears Diplomacy has failed!" (War breaks out between you and the AI)


I would do it, but my receiver is broken(it can't hear what I say on my microphone) and I was hoping someone here could help me, thanks.

I am open to suggestions on what you think would go better, also anyone mind telling which musing should go for who? like for all three
