I don't like your 5th move so much, though, usually it is better to keep up maximum flexibility with just simple development. After 7.c4! I think I would prefer white's position. But OK, no big deal.
13.Qe2 is a dreadful move, duly punished. As far as I can see your position is won after your 18th move. I have briefly checked a couple of alternatives for white, this one is especially charming; 19.h4 Nxc2+! 20.Qxc2 d4+ and wins; 21.Kf4 (21.Kxe4 Bg6+-+) Qd6+ 22.Kf5 Bg6# There is also 19.f4 exf3e.p and if then 20.gxh5 so 20...Qg5+21.Kf2 Qh4+ and wins.So :hatsoff: you have played a nice game
However you must take these comments with a grain of salt, since I have only just had a look at your game.
punkbass2000 - There is nothing wrong with 1.e3. After 2.d4 or 2.c4 white has a normal position. White's big error in this game was to play planlessly, and that is the surest way to lose.

I wouldn't have played 5... e4 either but I don't think it's terribly bad.

(I would probably chose black rather than white after 7. c4
Let's say 7. c4 dxc4 8. Bxc4 Be7 9. Nc3 0-0 and I feel black's King is more safe than white's. Also black has better development.)

I agree that 13. Qe2 is one of many bad moves.

13... Bxd4 was a good move, easy to overlook. It became even better when white took the Bishop.

Instead of 16... Bh5, 16... d4 is outright winning.

After 18. Ke3? you're also winning of course. 18. Ke1 would have made it a little more difficult. After this move black's still much better but it is possible to go wrong. For example, 18... Bg6 19. Bg5 Qxg5 20. Qxd4 c6 21. Kd1 and the advantage isn't so clear anymore. (There are better continuations of course but this shows that it's not crystal clear after 18. Ke1 .)

19. gxh5?? is definately lost. 19. f4 is a better try. If 19... exf3 e.p. 20. h5 followed by Kf2 and it's still a game.

A few really bad moves from white but an interesting game nontheless.

e3's interesting, can even transpose to a larsen's (I think that's what it's called, i've been out of the chess scene for awhile), 1. b3, which is fun to play...

d3 then h3 was kinda dumb though...i'm not gonna check the rest of it because it's late, I don't have a board here and i've got no time but i'll check it later, I played it over roughly in my head but I missed a lot of stuff...luce probably hit everything dead-on like he usually does though
