Higher precision bombing?

A pretty general idea, but wouldn't it make sense to also have the option to bomb a certain strategic target, granted there is a spy in the capital city of that nation?

Special operatives on the ground could identify a target, and then direct the bomber to attack the target.

Just an idea.

A good idea, too. That's what a lot of people thought precision bombing was about, until the game shipped. It would do essentially the same thing as the sabotage spy missions in Civ II.
