highest rank after victory?

I don't think the rating is mainly calculated by score. I think other things add to this ranking, like how fast you destroy a civ or conquer the world, and how fast you win.

That's fast for finishing a game :wow:

well.... haha, i don't normally have much patience... I normally just click real fast on what to build in cities and hardly ever go into the city screen.... i try at get through everything quickly, especially techs... once i get to tanks, i normally start attacking, and by the time that i get mid-Modern Times, everyone is already dead, or they have a couple cities left, which ends it me winning.... but hey, i think that 100 hours is really long for a game.... i would never be able to be that patient :p

That's probably why. Micromanagement is what takes most time... just think about having to move 300 workers every turn, while managing all your 200 cities (happiness and build orders) and moving troops to attack your neighbors. :p

Yes, I just checked it. I scored 3385 on a Regent game and got Magnificent.

Same for me. Around 3300 and got my first Magnificient. It must have something to do with date and type of victory (I won by domination, on Regent). IIRC, I checked my score a couple turns before (or was it the very turn before?) and it was around 2800... The usual for me is around 2800.

In the demographics screen... what do "life expec, children, and mil service" mean? I'm never first on those, but I just have no idea what they mean and how can I improve it.

The only one I can remember is "family size", and that has to do with how much excess food your cities are producing.

Mostly, I don't pay much attention to the demographics. They seem to be more a factor in multi-player, when you're trying to determine what your human opponents are up to.

Edit: I think "life expectancy" has to do with having aqueducts for fresh water and getting the techs for Medicine and Sanitation.

I aint never get none of that cuz I use mods

I wish we could mod all sorts of cool things are selves like upgrading the type of hammer he uses to crystal hammmers!

Serious? I wonder if we can mod that screen. If you do bad you are a neanderthal swingin club and if you do good you are 80's stock broker in Mimi vice gear but still swinging a normal club. Then, Sid level means Bill Gates gets swing the club-still a plain wooded club!
