Edit: Blumofia, when I get done with what I'm going to be doing, I COULD easily zip everything up into one, easy-to apply patch for the Playground mod (the only thing that will change will be the unit graphics and a slightly altered team color for the Girls... Basically I modded the palette so that it would be more of a true, "Princess Peach" pink than the hot-pink/magenta that the default Civ III color is for some reason).

Mod the pallette? Huh, and I thought it was the Chinese/Arabic pink.

I just added another unit to the lineup: A girl Samurai for my own (private) version of the Playground Mod... Basically the inspiration for her was basically "Sailor Moon meets the 'Bride' from Kill Bill"

I'd rename her as 'girl w/ katana' or something, she's not much of a samurai. Looks nice though.

Anyways, if I DO make Utena, she most certainly will NOT transform into a car.... That is beyond even MY current transformation capabilities....

What? You can transform into a car?

....Also, I'm going to be getting away from these re-hashes and back into Final Fantasy units, starting with Re-makes of some old units of mine that I've never been really satisfied with....

Yes it is, but as I said, it's actually more of what artists/paint manufacturers would call "Magenta" or "Fuschia", i.e. a perfect (or close to perfect) mix of Red and Blue, in terms of RGB coloring.

The custom palette.pcx that I made, on the other hand, (which overrides the normal one, when you create a "Palettes" sub-folder in the "Units" folder with that palette in it) has been shifted more towards the red end of the spectrum and is almost a perfect match for the pink color of Princess Peach's dress (as a matter of fact, I may even go so far as to tweak it to BE a perfect match)....

I've also figured out how to make multi-colored civs, too... I.e. the units are one color and the territory is a different color... That's what I did with the custom faction I made to replace the Barbarians.....

Thanks Guys.... I also realized something the other day when I made the Amazon Ranger: If I changed her colors slightly and gave her pointy ears, she'd make the perfect Elvaan Ranger for the Final Fantasy Mod (Expect to see a new Elvaan unit pack sometime soon).... I was using Kinboat's Robin Hood and High-Elf archer for the first two Elvaan defensive units, but ever since I figured out a way to do quick conversions of my archery units, I've decided to re-visit the elves....

Hi Hikaro, I have another request if your up for it. I'd like another version of the same unit, ie Dagger, that you used to do me the Elf Mage.

I was wondering if you could do a version of Dagger, similar to as she is now, but change the colour of her outfit from yellow to black. If you were feeling like doing a bit more, then you could also change her outfit from overalls to a long black dress/robe of some kind.

What I'm looking for is a female dark mage type unit with a mostly black outfit, ideally a robe, but could live with a different outfit. Black hear is also good.

Anyway not biggy if you don't feel like it and I have all the time in the world to wait for this unit as I mod at a snails pace.
