Halfway between Minsk and Brest-Litovsk Partisans that destroyed the rail are rounded up, tortured and then executed for the crimes they committed against the Third Reich.
Southeast 2-T's from Brest-Litovsk another group of Partisans are captured and share the same fate as the prior ones.
East of Karkov 2-Tiles unidentified resistance is encountered by the 1st Panzer Division 5/5 moving into the area. After some heavy fighting the 1st Panzer 4/5 scatters the unidentified resistance

With the outcome of the "Air Blitz of England" a failure Herman Goring finds himself out of favor with the Fuhrer. In an effort to get back in with Hitler and his gang, Goring announces a new plan to decimate the Soviet Unions ability to resist the Nazi invaders.
Operation Red Storm is put into effect as Luftwaffe squadrons are brought up to the Eastern front for an all out Arial Blitz of the Soviet Unions infrastructure.

CL Cardona sinks an unidentified sub near Sardinia and suffers two damage. Two Ju-88 aircraft are shot down by USA fighters in the Med. Two more Ju-88s bomb DD O'Brien (3/3 to 1/3) and DD Jarvis (4/4 to 1/4). Two stukas follow on and sink both destroyers.

Looks like I finally caught a break there considering Nature has such an extraordinary ability to destroy my units! Plus I just damaged some units not destroy any which was disappointing given the sorties flown. I'd say it was a wash J!
