Do you mean one game? If so yes but note the guidance below.

I mean that sometimes it takes 10+ hours to finish one turn, and I do not necessarily have the time to do it in one session. Besides, the game begins to stutter a bit. May even crash if keep it going for too long, perhaps?

10 hours for one turn, wow. Well that meets the 30 minutes rule so no issues there lol. Are you talking about late game with a huge empire?

There is a memory leak in some versions, best to save abd restart after 4 hours or so

Yes, I had to prepare at least 60 executives and overflow gold for them in order to stay in caste while teching medicine and assembly line, and it took a while to set up all those overflow chains and timed chops so I get the right amounts of gold on time and several cities could build 2+ executuives. Things will get a bit more complicated with AL, as I will start whipping factories and power plants along with settlers and other stuff. And I still need to figure out whether it is worth trying for astro with mere two huts or better keep avoiding HBR so I can build war charriots - they are great for overflow gold and the cheapest sacrifice to keep other units alive.

You prepare overflow for them. It does not have to be released right away, just keep overwhipped stuff (mostly forges and settlers), this allows building other things before you get to actually building executives. I'm pretty sure the limit works the way it does for missionaires. That is you can cold whip some executives and keep them out of the queue, as long as these cities are processed sooner than the ones that finish the five allowed. Hard to use it though, because capital and IW build a lot of executives and they are number 1 and 5 respectively. Could be an interesting idea for another game or a source of gold for spreading. With forge you can cold whip to convert 2 pop into 225 gold directly, no waste. I will probably stick to boats and chariots since I need quite a few of them anyway.

I'm trying to relearn the game after a 10 year break from playing. I thought it might be helpful to look at some of my old HOF games to remind myself what I did to get onto the HOF tables. However, they were all played with version 3.19.003. Many of the best games on the HOF tables from other players are from that era, so I can't look at them either.

I found a spot where you can download old versions of the mod just for this purpose. However, I don't see 3.19.003. Any chance I can get my hands on that version?
