My Civ3 Core CD cracked right in half!

I still have PTW to play the game with, but I can't install Civ3 in any new computers (and I have several).. So, I'm using a hacked internet copy, but the sound folder is empty, causing some bad game-mojo.

Could someone screen-shot the files in their sound folders (or list them, if you have the time, or tell me where such a list could be found) and send them to me?

Also, does Firaxis replace broken CD's free of charge (+ S&H), or do I have to give them more of my precious, precious money?
