About a week ago on one of the OT picture threads someone suggested that a few of the posters should try to post their pictures there and see what happens. I did the for S&G's and i was quite surprised at the reaction. Personally I think of myself as a little troll, but for a few days I was actually amused at the hilarity/rediculousness of having a 9.1
Yes the site is shallow, pointless and a momument to narcacism, but so what? It's a fun little waste of time anyway. It a great ego booster, or a crusher. (But my mom says I'm cool!)

Have there been any other CFC posters that have done this or am I the only one? If you have please add your link. Aynway, nothing serious, just all in good fun.
 
They probably gave a 9 for the girl that is aside :D

(seriously, this site is amusing, but even the most ugly girls I saw on it scored 5,5 to 6, and any good-looking one was between 9 and 10. Enjoy the faces and don't pay attention to the scores, they are meaningless)

Sometimes when I'm bored I go to this site and vote for some girls. Usually I'm not impressed, but some are look very nice... ;)

Sayin altruism is a form of selfishness is like saying life is a form of death.

But that's not the subject here, I won't threadjack any further.

As for your picture, WS, Akka pretty much covered it in his first sentence, don't you think? ;)
 
I dont care about that. What I asked was if anyone else at CFC was brave/dumb enough to do the same? :P As for the scores they've pretty much balanced out and if you've dumb enough to vote for the girl in the guys section with an arrow pointed at me, well I guess I'll enjoy your mistake.
 
I think Sean's comment wasn't refering to you wyrmshadow :)

I don't have the digital hardware, time or balls to post my pic on the site so kudos to you wyrm for having the aforementioned tools to do what you did :)

P.S. Seleucus's statement about selfish altruism does have some merit. The paradox derives from the cynical, but valid line of reasoning that states all altruism is at its core motivated by self-interest since benevolent acts bring about a good feeling inside the altruist's heart.
 
But Maj, there's a whole other thread for that.

Yes, I did it a year or so ago. Scored an unlikely 7.5.


(That's unlikely as in too high, before anyone thinks otherwise)
