I play hotseat regularly with 2 total human players.
When we save a game and later load it, the player whose turn it is not when loading the game is presented with a bug.
None of the information on the city banners (on map) is shown. Number of turns to growth, number of turns till production, and current unit under production are all NOT shown.
Only the hotseat player who had the first turn after loading the game can see their city info.
