How are you related to CiV?

My grandfather was a tail gunner in a B24 bomber (which is closely represented by the WWII era bomber in the game).

My grandfather was an engineer who helped design the B-24's wing—but unfortunately for both of us, the Civ 5 bomber is a British Avro Lancaster.

I was born in the American capital and I live in the German capital. I'm on vacation right now in a Roman colony (which has also been occupied, over the years, by the Byzantines, Venetians, Austrians, French, and Germans). I've visited ten Wonders of the World (eleven with BNW).

And I went to a university in a town full of statues of one of the Great Generals? That's all I got.

One of my ancestors was a hussar. He had fought under Kossuth's command during the 1848-49 Hungarian Revolution and Civil war.

I'm not really; unless you count the fact that I was born 4960 years ago, shortly after my dad founded London...

I was born in an unimportant city in southern Brazil, but the city in which I live today is the 34th of the Brazilian city list. Next year, I'll move to the 21st city of the list, where I'll be attending college. Other than that, next week I'll travel with my school to Rio de Janeiro and we will visit the Cristo Redentor, one of the wonders.

I'm part Irish, and as such can justify my hatred for AI Elizabeth.
I'm also part Italian (though not Venetian or Roman), a non-existant Civ. Of course, it would exist in-game, but lunch got in the way.
Otherwise, I lived for a while in a city in America's city list, in a couple suburbs of a second American city, and in a town outside of one on the Celtic city list.

My ancestor rode through the steppes and raided villages, raped women, pillaged lands, and took slaves. He has over ten million descendants.

I live in Onondaga County in New York (home of Hiawatha).

Only a few miles away from Onondaga Lake (which is important to them). I think the Great Tree is there as well.

My grandfather's grandfather was the one who first estabilished our family, and he was a bucaneer. He bought lands in Portugal with the gold he got from pillaging an enemy ship. That sounds pretty Civilization-ish on its own.

Other than that, I live in Rio, Brazil's first capital.

1. I live in one of the CS.

2. My mother's side of the family traces lineage back to an archer in the army of King Henry VIII

Napoleon was defeated at the battle of Waterloo, which is the title of a song by the group Abba, who are Swedish. I used to eat a bread called limpa (rye with anise) which is of Swedish heritage.

Napoleon, at one time, owned a cat. So did I.

Napoleon was once emperor of France. So was I

Oh, and I live in a town named after that unfortunate battle. So far, our positions are holding.

My mom is a descendant of the Great Genghis Khan. My father was the descendant of some French farm workers. And of course, my great great great great great grandfather's brother's son was a musketeer.

Gengis Khan actully have about 20 million descendant. Pretty crazy to think of :crazyeye:

i live in Denmark. Oldest kingdom in the world. I eat danish food. I have ancestors in Sweden and Norway. One of my ancestors was a known danish stone cutter.

I am part irish and german, so I am a descendent of both a civilization good at military and a city state good at military (dublin).

Better watch your backs! (though, befriend me and I will see if I can give you some weapons)

I was born and live in a city state (Buenos Aires), my grand-grandparent was from another city state (Genoa - Italy). I'm an engineer (although not a great one sadly :mischief:, and don't work on a windmill or a workshop or a factory ) and I visited the following wonders:

Cristo Redentor
Uffizi Gallery
Lean Tower of Pisa
Sistine Chapel
