How can declare war during the 10 turns peace? the AI can!

I was under attack from Mansa Musa & Qin Shi Huang. After I defeated the first wave of attack, I offered peace to Qin, and he accept. In the same turn Qin declared war on me again!

How is this possible? I tought you can't declare war for the next 10 turns.

I just remembered that I use Bhruic's patch and the HOF-3.13.001 mod. So I guess it's in the wrong forum.

Just 2 turns of peace between me and Genghis Khan. It's not a big problem because it isn't a serius game, but fun only. (and bad played )

Are you sure you had a Peace Treaty and not just a Cease Fire?
