How can i eliminate Random from Battles ?

This problem prevent me for playing the game.. I absolute hate the random from battles... Please you exp. modders.... can you tell me if is a way to eliminate or reduce this random in battles ?

You can't eliminate the random element in battles.

You can however make combat more predictible by increasing base HP across the board.
