How can I make a mod load automatically?

I've made a mod and to load it I have to load civ4 then reload it just to get to my mod. Is there any way I could change it so when I open civ4 my mod loads automatically?

You can either create a shortcut to the game that automatically starts the mod or edit the .ini file to start the mod.
