How can I password protect my Civ in multiplayer??

Can anyone help? Is there a way to password protect my civ in a direct IP game?

I don't think we're doing this by elimination. If you don't know anything you can just not post and people will assume you don't know anything ok?


OP, the password option will automatically become available to you when you "x" in or if you're rejoining a game when you select the civ.

Try alt D, and if that doesn't give you the option then it isn't possible to pw a directIP game only one made in the lobby.

Thanks Canuck... Atl D doesn't work tho, looks as if can only password a game in the lobby. How very odd! Just means I have to setup the game in the lobby 1st.
