How can you get religious art and sculptures?

Cathedrals give a slot for religious art, and Kongo has a bonus for sculptures. I haven't found any way to get those in the game. How do you do that? Is there a building or a wonder that has slots for sculptures?

Great Artist give 3 great works... which can be Religious art, Sculptures, Portraits, or Landscapes (detailed in each great artists description)
