How did you first get Civ Win?

I got mine on a disc of games in a computer gaming magazine several years ago. I was so happy because I had tried Civ 2 and it was not for me. This magazine was all about Civ 3 which was to come out soon. A great edition.

I was wondering if Civ Win came in a boxed edition. I know tbe first Civ 1 was Civ Dos on floppies. (I finally found that on ebay.) But I am wondering about Civ Win (or Win Civ).

Now I know it is available if you buy Civ Chronicles. Big bucks.

Why has Civ Win been so hard to get? I still have my little disc that came with Computer Games magazine. Only cost me the price of the magazine which I found on a newstand.

I have read here for so long that many people have wanted Civ Win. What was it boxed like when it was first available? And why has it been so hard to obtain for so many people who have yearned for it?

Came in a software bundle called "Ultimate Strategy Archives". Good thing, too; I don't know where I put CivDOS.
