How do I add units in C4C?

Ok I hope i'm in the right place here..

I looking for a tutorial or something on adding units to C4C. Would like to check out some the units etc that a lot of you folks have made but am clueless in how to add them..

Hey thanks..I was looking for something like that but could only "see" the customization thread for Civ 4 not C4C..
