How do I disable nukes?

Hi

I would be very happy if someone could tell me how to disable nukes in civ V?

I remember in civ 4 there was a walkthrough where you could disable them by editing an xml file by changing a 1 to a zero somewhere in the file, dont remember if it was the manhatten project that could no longer be built or something similar?

Go into the Civ5Projects.XML file and change the -1 into 0.

Just in case editing the XML file doesn't work, you can also go to the ingame mods browser, then download and activate the Civ-V mod called "No Nukes v2".
