How do I make my army?? Please help me.

I have 5 units in a city plus my leader.

When I click make army, the leader gets a flag on his icon. Now what?? The units I want to comprise the army are on the same square.

if the units are on the same squar as the leader, a new icon should appear in your choices of the commands you can give the units - i think it is "join" - hit that one when the unit is activated and it should join the army - let me know if you have any other questions

Like Andy said -

Activate the troops and have them join the army. The new button is an arrow, the same one that you have for loading troops into ships.
