How do I remove certain bonuses from certain terrain types?

I don't want sugar and bananas on desert tiles. You don't see that in normal RFC and I find it unrealistic. Those crops only grow in rainy (sub)tropical climates.

Which file do I have to change and how to not allow those crops to be placed on those tiles in the generated map?
