How do I watch the videos?

I beat the game by space race a few minutes ago, and the video locked up on me after rendering the first frame. I could hear audio, and when it ended, the video went to the statistics pages.

I'm not too concerned about fixing that problem, as I've only had trouble on that one video, but I'd like to watch it if possible. Where is that file located and is there a way to watch it outside of the Civ 4 program?

The RAD Video Tools contain a stand-alone player for the .bik files you can find in your Assets\Art\Movies subdirectory of the Civ4 install dir. Just install them and double-click on SpaceRace.bik.
