How do you download a mod?

I've been looking at some cool mods and I've been wondering how to download them.

Well, you click on the link. The download starts. Place them in your Civilization 4/Warlords/Mods folder. The folder with the actual files and programs.

I would be elated if you would try mine. Just click on the link below. Download the mod from Atomic Gamer. Uncompress it somewhere then move the whole folder into your BTS Mod directory.
