How do you edit the objectives?

I've been trying to find a way in which to edit the objectives in the scenarios as you would a custom game. Looked in worldbuilder but found no reference to objectives. I would like to play a world map without winning a cultural victory or a diplomatic victory, purely for those times when crushing the enemy beneath your spurred boots will do.

If anyone has any ideas or can point me in the direction of an applicable thread it would be greatly appreciated
