How do you get around theese places?

Hi there. I'm new here and I would like to know who runs things around, how is this site organised and what is allowed to post. The site rules are pretty ambigous.

As for who runs things, a guy called Thunderfall

And the site is all about the game civilization, so logically it is organised into further areas of that game.... Like the First Civ, Civ 2, Civ 3 and so on... Which is rather limiting.. but serves its purpose to the nature of this site...

Gamecatcher is too slow and inactive for my tastes. There's a new post in the Sims section every, what, two weeks? And a new one in the Civ section every couple of days? I do like the magazine feature, though.
