How do you login as a Guest?

You mean in "who's online"?

When you come on the forum and you're not signed in, you're a guest and it logs you as such. Simple as that.

I get guest status (i think) when i come in from my email. It means you can read but not post. Or again I am confused by the implementation of technology.

Very succinct spycatcher. Unless I point the browser at the site I can't reply to posts via my hotmail. Nicely cleared up that man.

I always post from the same computer at work so I just click on my favourites to get here and thats it.

If I logged in from an internet cafe (for instance) what would I have to do? I cant remember if I need a password or something (or if I even have a password!) - can someone tell me now so I save a few quid finding out the hard way? :D

*sigh*

Yes Rodgers, if you always log in from the same computer, and have cookies on, you need never remember your password. (Unless you work somewhere like I do, where the firewall interferes, and my computer tosses its cookies 2 - 3 times a day. )

If you log in from an internet cafe (for instance) you will find, on the main forum index page, a couple of boxes to enter your username and password. without those, you are a guest, and can read, but cannot post.

(BTW, since I have now saved you a few quid, how about standing me a pint? ;) )
