I can't seem to find it anywhere, but in my game, I've been AP resident all game long (2 big continents, I'm dominating 1 continent and it's the AP-builder's continent)
But apart from the vote for the resident once in a while, I can't get select any resolution to pass. I can't seem to find any information on how it's supposed to work, what buttons or menu items to press, etc. Am a lame or is it simply not clear?
