How do you see factory production spread?

So the factory is supposed to affect neighboring cities, but I can't find any evidence of that. What am I supposed to be seeing?

Mouse over the production total on the city screen (the bar in the bottom-right, where you can set the city management focus), and it should show +X from factories.

There's unfortunately no lens to see the range of regional building effects. This would be a nice addition.

I did find it, although calling it an evidence is too much, a mathematical guess is the right definition. This is how: mouse over (hanging it) the production value of a city in the city "screen". If you see a factory bonus that is a multiple of 3 more of what the city is supposed to have, then you have the bonus from the factory in another city's district. For example if you have +3 while not having any factory in the current city, or +6 , etc. Same applies to the power plant.

Factory bonus applies in each city (an "adjacent city") whose city center is within 6 tiles of the industrial district where the factory is located (not city center to city center). Open the city action panel (the one that shows up at the bottom right of the main screen) for the adjacent city that should be receiving the factory bonus. If you mouse hover the production icon below the city name it should specify the total amount of production that city is getting from Factory. That total includes both production from any Factory that is in that particular city and any Factory bonuses that city is receiving from other cities.
