How does a whole game disappear?!

A replayed game would not be accepted I'm afraid, but once we publish the results, you'll be able to see the rankings of your game if you know your final date and score. The results are sortable by date, score, victory condition ... so you can just look down the sorted list to see what position you would be in.

That's cool... I understand.

I appreciate all the work you guys do! :)

Really, the best part of GOTM and WOTM is seeing what others did so I can improve my play. I appreciate being able to play with y'all.

Mastiff

And you can still read and post in spoiler threads I think, so others can learn from you too ;)

Open Windows Explorer and Right-click on your disk drive and select "Properties". It is on the Tools tab. You will have to restart windows for it to run.

Man, its come a long ways. I recall typing it in the DOS prompt. Out of curiosity, what version was it where chkdsk first started? I believe the earliest version of DOS I used was 1.0, but I don't remember if it was available than.

Sorry for the [offtopic] .

My first PC was an Amiga, so I missed some of the earlier DOS versions. I don't imagine it appeared until the hard disk did, though.
