How does Great Bazzar work?

It just seems like the grand bazaar is 1) WAAAAY better than commonly understood
2) possibly suffering a bug, I don’t know if this is intended behavior based on the first look

I think it works as intended. The civilopedia states "Strategic resources accumulate 1 faster for every type of SR this city has improved"
