can anyone tell me how the forgotten palace bug works, excatly? how badly does it affect corruption, i mean does the city its built in just not have zero corruption like it should? or does it not affect surrounding cities?
the forbidden palace bug takes the corruption away from the city that builds it and cities that are very close to that city and puts it in the rest of your cities, thus making some of your core cities (the ones that are not very close to your capital) and all other cities highly corrupted
its better not to build the forbidden palace because those new cities that are close to the forbidden palace probably won't have as many improvements as your core cities would have.
In pratical sense, since i have done it twice... It acts as you would expect EXCEPT that overall corruption in the empire is not reduced. Overall, it will stay about the same or just a tad worse. Thus you will have 2 centers of production, but the reach of each will not be as expected.
