Standard size is the one i play the most so i'm most curious about that of course 
My last two games both ended in the 1390's with 110k and 150k scores (standard score)
I felt that went fast and good, but is it still possible doing it sooner? I've tried being more aggressive in the early ages, but usually my economy goes to hell then and i don't gain any time.
The two games mentioned were different, one with Napoleon running CE and slow stacks of doom. Organized helped me getting courthouses so i could keep the momentum and go nuts
Oh and the first two GP i got were artists this game... (burn in hell Parthenon!

(aimed for engineering for quick trebs, got it around 800 AD i think)
The next one Hannibal with a kind of SE cause of pyramids and lots of food in my capital, and something i've never done before, beeline to Mil. Tradition. (i have some hate for these cause of the AI's obsession with them) Switched to Police state and Slavery and abused my empire to the death just whipping Cavs like mad. My research went to hell after that, but i've never killed AI's that quick before
(research aim Mil. Trad/Gunpowder, got it around 1050 AD or so, don't know if this is good or bad)
This is at emperor level, no mods. But i want to know how quick you do it regardless of AI level and what i can do to make it happen sooner I really want to make the leap to Immortal before BTS
