The recommended specs for a gpu for Civ 6 is nvidia 770 or greater. Does this mean a 770 should be able to run everything max settings at a decent frame rate, assuming all other requirements are met/exceeded?
The reason I ask is because I cannot max everything. In fact I have to turn a lot of stuff off or down. At max everything, the game is sluggish, maybe around 10 fps. Now I don't have a 770 in my machine. I have two 650 ti BOOST OC's in SLI, which is on par with one 770 or better. My unigine valley scores are around 2300, while a single 770 score is around 1900, with a similar setup as my own.
So I was curious if the game just doesn't do SLI very well or if you need a significantly better card than the recommended to max the settings on the game (at 1080 resolution.) If that's the case, what would I need to run it at max settings?
