how load saved game (LAN)

I play with my brother on LAN, but when he saves the game and later - when he load our saved game - my nation is manages by AI. (I load save also and I don`t see me brother also - hes nation is manages by computer). What can I do?

I believe that after loading the saved game on the host, you have to change the civs you want people to play as to OPEN. Make sure that they're not set to COMPUTER, or you won't be able to do anything.
