How many of us are unable to see the save?

I'm curious as to how many other people are unable to download and view the save. I don't want to make a pest of myself requesting screenshots if I'm the only one...

The most current screenshots in the screenshot thread are from the last millenium!

Does the Info Office help? about the screenshots thread: no one "runs" it like other offices, it's open to anyone who wants to post. i guess you just have to hope someone posts shots. in the meantime, i hope you find the Info Office useful.

If you can't load the game because you do not have C3C you may find CivAssist2 of help (look in the Utility Programs subforum). This will allow you to load the save and see the map without having C3C. You just have to install the C3C 1.22 patch (you won't be able to run C3C but the patch will still install on its own) and then install CivAssist. This will allow you to open the save see the map, what's being produced, trade options and even plan cities. It won't give you any more information than you can get in game and it won't tell you how much gold the AI will give in the trade deal, but it will make it easier to take part in discussions.

If you can download the save (as opposed to you can download it but not open it) then perhaps if you asked someone would e-mail it to you.

Otherwise just keep asking for screenies. If it's specific to one minister's area of responsibility then ask them, they should be updating their info as part of their responsibilities.

Thanks for the advice about CivAssist2, but I'm on a mac Vanilla version, running os 9.2. Hoping to upgrade at some point before civ4 comes out.

Ah. I know it can be run on Macs as I play on Vanilla with Mac players for SGOTM, but there are issues. Just keep asking for the screenies then.

Well, I recently decided that since the only reason I'm ever in Windows is to play Civ or other games, and that most of my time is spent on Linux, I started to make 1600x1200 maps of the world to use as desktop wallpaper so I can check stuff out quickly without having to load up Windows. I'll be happy to post them in the screenshot thread. I just posted the last one.

I cant at the moment because i accidently gave my nana my conquests cd. I copyed her some cds and left the conquests one in her cd case
