Comfortable? Monarch. Emperor for a challenge.AlanH said:- What difficulty levels are you each (a) comfortable at and (b) prepared to have a go at in a C3C game?
I'd be OK with anything from Regent to Emperor for the game.
Participated in some CivFanatics OSGs. Some private SGs with local friends. No full standard SGs yet.AlanH said:- Have you played an SG before?

I concur with dojoboy - new civ w/ Agr. I'd tentatively suggest Maya, to try out the Javelin Thrower at the same time - it's the most interesting new UU IMO.AlanH said:- Any preferences for map size and type, civs, .... ?
As for maps, I incline towards bigger maps with not so many civs, and don't terribly care for Pangaea. All other settings I don't much care.
Another note - if we get many more people it seems like we may want to split into two games. Personally I'd incline towards doing that if we get more than 6 players.
P.S. My copy has shipped from Amazon via USPS. They estimate that it'll be delivered on the 23rd, but I'm sure that's a standard load of baloney - the USPS is slow, but not THAT slow.
