Diety level: I know AI gets much help with happiness, tech, Gold, and start with an extra settler, worker, scout, and 2 warriors? but do they get more advantages?
Played an OCC culture game with Korea and was beat by a turn or two by India. But when I looked at India they had around 8 cities and didn't even have one landmark. How were they able to get so many policies w/o a culture boost. Btw I built every culture wonder possible excpet SH and the oracle.
Also when I looked at there cities, they all had a higher pop then mine on OCC. My settings were legendary start. My city had a bunch of wheat tiles, all the rest were seemingly flood plains or gold. I was on the coast, and also had a bunch of fish resources. How could all of there 8 cities be bigger then mine on OCC. It just doesn't make any sense. Also only one of the CS's were maritime and besides Inida didnt ally any of the CS's.
