I'm just curious: for you people over 18, do you play civ during work or on your own time? If you play it during work, I want to know where you work.

play civ during own time as a 25 yr old who manages to juggle civ, relationships, going out to concerts, bars, movies, clubs, the mountains, working out, ....

work is for either 1) actual work or 2) pretending to work by reading this forum

and I think a lot of people in this forum had 5 mins or less of homework during high school. HS wasnt hard

I'm 44 and I play during the gap between when I get home from work and when my wife gets home from work. Only 1.5 hrs a day, sadly.

I'm 36, my wife's 39, we're both Civ players (so much for the 'get a date' comment), and I play while my son watches cartoons before its time to haul him off to daycare.
Really, the only problem we have with computer games is which one of us gets to play.

Look at that statistics up there people. Over 500 persons have answered that poll already and it begins to be quite accurate. So we could estimate that approximately 40 percent of Civ players are over 30 years old! Didn't expect that high a percentage. And I'm 27.
