Well as far is i know you get points for FF-s and the mass of land you occupy (eg. you get more points if you expand your borders) and you get points taken away for higher tax rates. Im sure there are other things but these are the ones im sure about.
Thats strange. I checked my game in editor, I control much bigger land mass and have 17 FF agianst computer 15 (even thought I have no idea how computer get so much FF when he produce like 1/5 of my liberty bells).
