Well, I tried install that religion mod, but all it came up was lame reports of something gone wrong. So, how do I install a mod? Didnt find a guide, and I searched about 2 hours from google. This is REALLY annoying!

1.) Calm down. You'll be ok
2.) If you're looking for someone to help you, you'll probably need to provide a bit more information...
What is the exact name of "that religion mod"? There's a few.
What are the exact error messages you're getting?
Are you using vanilla Civ4 (original) or the Warlords exp. pack?
The religion mod, is of course, eibesius(yeah, cant spell it) I didnt find any other way to "install" it than movin it to the civ IV file to the MOD file. Did I do anything wrong? Vanilla versions is mine and downloadin 1.06 or 1.6 patch...

yes, with that mod all you do is extract all the files and place them into the correct directory. Make sure you're placing the folder named "EusebiusWorldReligion" into the "C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods\". Don't unzip the mod and move the "EusebiusWorldReligionV0-12" to the mod directory, as this is a common mistake with many mods. Instead, you want the directory "EusebiusWorldReligion" that is located inside of "EusebiusWorldReligionV0-12" to go into your mods folder.
Also, if you have at any point made changes to files inside the custom assets folder "C:\Documents and Settings\<YourComputerNameHere>\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\CustomAssets", you might want to back them up and then completely delete that folder (don't worry, it will regenerate the entire folder next time you start Civ). The reason is some mods will conflict with files located there.
If you are getting any errors, post the specific error message.
The best place to post with problems specific to a mod is probably the mod thread - the people there may well have known what the problem is.
Also - when asking for help it's generally a good idea to provide as much information as possible. I realize you may be frustrated, but there is no way that anybody can help you without knowing what you're trying to do!
I would guess the mod is for patch 1.61, do you have that installed?

If by "civ IV file" you mean the Eusebius folder, and by the "MOD file" you mean the Sid Meier's Civilization IV\Mods folder, then you didn't do anything wrong.
