How to always enable mods?

Right now, when you play a game, the mods you've enabled are not enabled.
You must first go into the mod menu, agree to whatever silly stuff is written there, and only then can you start a game.
For map scripts, there's a simple solution, which is to move the script from the mods directory where the mod browser downloaded it into the maps directory, where it will show fine.
It's a pain, since there is no reason why a custom map script shouldn't be in the main menu, particularly if you took the pain to say so in the script.
However, even for all other mods, it's just plain annoying.

So, does anyone know if there's a way to remove that annoying restriction, and have enabled mods always enabled?

This seems to be a design decision from Firaxis; modded games are a separate animal in which, for instance, achievements are disabled. Part of this is probably the distinction between DLC and mods - DLC is integrated.

I know it's a design decision, they took great lengths to make sure using a mod was user-unfriendly. As for achievements, I would love to get rid of them so they don't pop up on the lower right part of my screen when I come upon one, which I find just distracting and uninteresting but couldn't find an option for this.
Now, to launch a game, instead of a click to activate the shortcut followed by one escape to get past credits, I must (having disabled the intro video in an obscure text file):
1) Activate the shortcut
2) Say yes I want to play, not the DX9 version, thanks.
3) Say yes again, told you so, I repeat, DX10/11.
4) Click to continue because of the credits screen
5) Click mods
6) Click accept every time instead of checking a box once and not having it imposed upon me every time
7) Start single player. No other option's available here, not eve nthe Options screen.

For some reason, mods and multiplayer aren't allowed. So if you want to play a LAN game, what's Firaxis or Valve's business which mods you use?
It may be a design decision, it's still a very dumb one.
