How to change steam password

I can't for the life of me figure out how to change my steam password. I'm logged in on the details page and can see my games, but there's not options for anything.

Click on 'Steam' in the upper left corner, select Settings and click "Change password...".

Yep, its under "Settings"

You can also go strait to the STEAM website, and theres pass recovery there too.
