How to fix the "Insert correct CD/DVD" issue.

Clone the disc(s), install from Alcohol 120%, run a program called AntiBlaxx to hide Alcohol and Clone CD from Civ4's ridiculous copy-protection/piss-you-off software.

Run game via Antiblaxx.

Then, prepare to solve all the other problems that will arise once you start the game :rolleyes:
