How To Get in A MP or PBEM game if you r a newbie

After I saved it, it said it was 3950. It was 4000 when I got it. Is this supposed to happen? Maybe cause I am last on the playlist..

That is normal. When the last player ends his turn by pressing enter or the space bar, the date changes to the next turn.

One more thing, all agreements (diplomatic) should be only be done if and when they can be done in the game. In other words, don't make an MPP in principle until you have the tech and communication to do so.

Problem, guys. I lost some critical files of C3C to a virus, and when I went to reinstall, I found I only have two of the three disks needed to install Civ 3 Complete.

Find a replacement. Luckily it will not kill the flow the of the game yet. And I think he will like my start...

I think it should still be random civs and keep the world were you had it.

Regent, and add three computer players on a standard world, with continents, and 60% water. There is no space victory, so it will be conquest, culture or points.

Unless.... you want to try a mod? No lets keep it easy. We'll need a new name for our game then.

I'm taking it for granite that jtcat can come and play.
So jtcat we'll need your info. We'll need to exchange email addresses and your time of day that you can play along with your time vs GMT. We are looking to get a turn a day this early in the game but it will most likely be 2 days a turn. And you'll need to subscribe to this theard.

I am fine with either. Since it is a new game, perhaps we should just start again, that is fine. I don't mind being either random or the Jap's. If Sidvilised (or someone else) can start because I am on holiday for a couple of days so have some, but restricted internet access.
