When you're reporting a crash to desktop, the logs, dxdiag and the dump file would help Firaxis to resolve the issue and should be attached to your post describing the crash.
You can follow those instructions to get the dxdiag.txt file
Your logs folder and the crash dump file have to be zipped to be attached to a post.
Here is the path for the logs folder: "..\Documents\my games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Logs"
And the crash dump file (.dmp) is found in the "...\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Base\Binaries\Win64Steam" folder, it's named "CivilizationVI_DX12.exe.dmp" or "CivilizationVI.exe.dmp" depending of the version you're playing with. The "Date modified" of that file should match the time of the crash.
