How to install the SDK ?

wasted enough time trying to figure this out on my own... where in the clunky Steam interface can the BE SDK be downloaded ?
Does the SDK include the DLL sources yet ? Clever Firaxis has changed the names of some lua methods from Civ V just to make us modders jump through extra hoops...

Get the SDK from Library > Tools. No DLL source yet.
