how to play WW2 scenario in multiplayer?

There are 3 of us that wish to duke it out in WW2 however I can only seem to access this scenario in Single player.

How can we each pick a side and play in multi player over the net or lan??

Which one RTW or Desert War ?

Im not sure, didnt know there were options, there is a scenario in single player on bts that says ww2 - i assumed that was it.

we would be happy to any but preferably as there is 3 of us, one be the germans/axis, one be the us/britain/aus allies and one be the russians.
